Processing Time
We process, ship and deliver your packages Monday through Friday; in some cases, you may receive your package on Saturday. Our typical processing time is 1 business day, however we do our best to get your order processed on the Same Day if it is placed before 12 pm EST.
For made to order items, such as custom photo jewelry and engraved jewelry, it may take up to 3 business days to process your order.
Your order may be delayed if your shipping address is different from your billing address. Our Customer Care Team may contact you to verify payment details to ensure the security of your billing information.
International Shipping
We ship all international orders using USPS First Class International Package Service. We charge a flat rate of $9.99 for international standard shipping. Delivery time to international destination ranges between 7 - 21 business days. Tracking available only to: Australia, Belgium, Canada, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Hungary, Israel, Latvia, Lithuania, Malaysia, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Singapore, Spain, and Switzerland.
Due to restrictions, we're unable to ship items to the following countries:
- Cuba
- Iran
- Libya
- North Korea
- Sierre Leone
- Somalia
- Sudan
- Yemen
- Ukraine
- Guatemala
- Liberia
Custom Duty: International orders may subject to custom duties, import taxes, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These imposed fees are not included in the shipping fee paid. You will be responsible for such fees in order to get custom clearance for your order.
Damaged Package
We want you to receive WonderSpark products in perfect condition each and every time. All WonderSpark products are carefully inspected and well packed before leaving our warehouse. However, products may sometimes be damaged during transit. In such cases, please contact us immediately. We will be happy to assist you and we'll do our best to resolve this issue.
Lost or Stolen Package
We understand that packages may get lost during transit. All of our packages can be tracked and tracking information is emailed to you once your order ships. If you do not receive your order, please check the tracking information and contact us immediately if you believe your package is lost. We will do our best to investigate the case and get your order replaced. Note however that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that were delivered at your doorstep. It is your responsibility to leave instruction for the carrier if you're not able to receive the package.
