This focal point of your body affects your emotions, sexual satisfaction, and creativity. Together they represent the driving force of your life - your IDENTITY.
Unblocking the Sacral Chakra allows you to feel and experience life to its fullest, most likely through your physical connections. When your Sacral Chakra is balanced, you can nurture good relationships with people, such as family members, good friends, or lovers. You most likely will be sexually satisfied too.
On top of that, creative ideas will flow to you naturally, making you an interesting person to hang out around. Lastly, your emotions tend to be stable, another reason why people like to be around you.

Setting The ABUNDANCE Intention
Before you start the unblocking chakra exercises, we would like to show you a way to set your ABUNDANCE INTENTION to maximize your chakra experience. When you say a little prayer about what you are going to do (your intention), you are asking the Universe to make sure everything goes well… and most of the time the Universe will ensure you have the smoothest ride!
Do not overlook this mere action! The Law of Attraction and our intentions have the power to align our heart, mind, and body, and turn our thoughts into our new realities. With that, we can attract an abundance of wealth, health, and love to our lives.

Once you have set your abundance intention, you can choose one or more of the following methods to unblock your Sacral Chakra.
Method 1: Daily Affirmations

You may ask, “What should I do with these affirmations?”.
There are a few things you could do with these affirmations to unblock your Sacral Chakra. You can write down a few affirmations lines that are related to this chakra. As you write them down, try to feel the meaning of each affirmation. Do this 2 - 3 times a day.
If writing is not your thing, you can say the affirmations out loud to get your brain wired to your new beliefs, and slowly it will unblock your Sacral Chakra. Try to look into the mirror and observe your facial expressions if you can. Over time, you shall find yourself believing more and more in these affirmations.
Get as CREATIVE as you can with your affirmation practice. After all, that's what the Sacral Chakra stands for. Don’t forget to RECORD your feelings when you repeat your affirmations every day, you will be surprised to see how your feelings change as each day goes by.

Using crystals is a great way to cleanse your body out of negative energies. Crystals have a powerful way to ignite the natural flow of energy within you and balance your mind, body, and soul. Wearing a crystal necklace or lying down while putting a crystal three fingers below your belly button and breathing for a few minutes can open up your Sacral Chakra.
Let us give you some examples of the crystal stones that are great for aligning your Sacral Chakra. Orange, brown, and yellow stones are great for healing this chakra.

Ever heard of that? Our guess is NO. So, let us share with you some new knowledge here.
Here is a tip for the foodies!
Adding orange foods to your diet can help nourish your Sacral Chakra. Can you think of any?
Try to include the following to your Diet:
- Orange fruits like oranges, peaches, apricots, and pumpkins
- Orange vegetables such as carrots, sweet potatoes, and orange peppers
- Nuts and seeds such as flax, almonds, walnuts, and sesame
- Foods rich in Omega-3's
- Spiceslike cinnamon, turmeric, ginger, and cumin
- Water to stay hydrated
- Clear liquidssuch as coconut water and/or herbal teas, which can be mixed with honey or vanilla
- Coconuts
While we suggest adding these foods to your diet, please be mindful to take them in appropriate amounts and in healthy forms.
Other interesting things you can do that work in unblocking Sacral Chakra:
1. Color Therapy
Since Orange is the color of the Sacral Chakra, you could also try visualizing or wearing the color orange.
2. Water Activities
The Sacral Chakra is associated with water. Going swimming or kayaking, taking a long bath, walking or spending time along a water body are great ways to open your Sacral Chakra. Additionally, having cold showers can get your energy moving and leave you invigorated.
3. Creative Projects
Picking up a creative hobby, starting a new project, making a gift for someone, dancing in your room, cooking something new, picking up a paintbrush, or pleasuring yourself can all do wonders for your Sacral Chakra. Try to remember what you enjoyed doing as a kid and let the child in you come out and play. Use your discernment as to which of these activities will help you heal.
4. Practicing Stillness and Mindfulness
As the Sacral Chakra deals with issues about intimacy and emotions, practicing stillness and mindfulness can benefit a blocked Sacral Chakra. When we rush through our lives, we miss observing the beauty that surrounds us.
Slowing down and engaging your senses allows you to connect with your emotions and healthily process them. So smell the flowers, savor your food, notice how fabrics feel on your skin, look all around you, and listen to music that makes you happy. Try to be present in whatever you do. And remember to include digital detox in this practice.
5. Journaling
Another great way to process your emotions is journaling. Putting your thoughts on paper can help you to identify issues surrounding your behavior and help you digest complex situations. Writing about topics concerning the Sacral Chakra such as creativity and sexuality will help you in opening this chakra.
