Some have strong emotions and couldn’t let go of their past relationship experiences with their lovers or family members. Are you experiencing this and have been keeping your emotions bottled up?

If you have answered YES to any of the above, you may have a BLOCKED Heart Chakra.
But don’t fret because this does not mean that your Heart Chakra is blocked permanently. (phew!)
Here comes the GOOD NEWS! You can open your blocked Heart Chakra just by following one or more of the simple methods that we will share with you just in a bit.
But first, let’s talk about why opening the Heart Chakra is so important.
The fourth of the seven chakras, the Heart Chakra, is unique because it is the midpoint of the system and the unifier of the physical and spiritual chakras, determining their strength and hearth. Can you guess the location of this chakra? Ha! Don’t get tricked by the name! It’s not at our heart but in the center of our chest.
The Heart Chakra acts as a bridge between the earth and spirit by linking the lower three chakras — the root, sacral, and solar plexus — with the top three chakras — the throat, third eye, and crown. If all your bottom three chakras are aligned, your heart chakra will be healthy.
However, in our modern world, we are often busy chasing the next big TECH thing. In this race, we started to lose touch with human connection and love. Cellphones and computers seem to have become our 24/7 lovers. Stress and anxiety have gone through the roof for those who couldn’t keep up with our world, which is moving faster and faster each and every day. We no longer have the time to deal with any kind of emotions from our past and present, and slowly, we learned to suppress all these negative feelings in our hearts. Over time, these boxes of stored emotions started overflowing and began to affect the energy flow between our 7 chakras. Can you now see how our HEART BRIDGE got blocked?
The Heart Chakra represents LOVE. Unblocking Heart Chakra enables us to be more conscious about self-love and be compassionate with others. It also teaches us to trust ourselves and others. Lastly, we gain the ability to forgive when our heart chakra is in balance.
Setting The ABUNDANCE Intention
It is critical that you first set your ABUNDANCE INTENTION before beginning the exercises to unblock your heart chakra. When you say a small prayer or affirmation about what you want to accomplish, you put out your purpose to the Universe, asking it to make the journey as easy as possible for you.
The Law of Attraction, together with our intentions, has the capacity to bring our heart, mind, and body into alignment, as well as to transform our ideas into new realities. Yes, the realities are filled with an abundance of prosperity, health, and love.

Once you have set your abundance intention, you can choose one or more of the following methods to unblock your Heart Chakra.
Method 1: Daily Affirmations

Think about how your life might be different if it were filled with love? Be it being in love with yourself, or feeling loved in the form of giving and receiving love... isn’t love the most amazing feeling in the world?
A daily practice of visiting your affirmations can help you manifest the associated happy feelings. That's another reason to do this every day!
Always remember to use affirmations that will help you achieve your goals. Your affirmations can be said aloud, written down, or both. You can create your own affirmations, or begin with one of the five listed below.
When you repeat your affirmations every day, don't forget to WRITE DOWN how you are feeling. You will be astonished to see how your emotions evolve with each passing day.
Method 2: The Chakra Yoga
Yoga is a terrific technique to balance not only your whole body but also your blocked chakras. Moving and stretching your body can help your energy flow more easily between the mind and body. We recommend that you attempt this yoga routine to bring your Heart Chakra in balance. ❤️

Method 3: Cleansing Your Body with Crystals
Using crystals is a natural way to heal your blocked chakra. They harmonize your mind, body, and soul by reactivating your body's natural energy flow. Wearing the crystal around your neck or relaxing with a crystal close to your heart center or sternum and breathing for a few minutes helps unblock the Heart Chakra.
Green is the symbolic color of the Heart Chakra, so Green Jade, Agate, and Peridot are powerful stones for this chakra. If you love pink, you can get the therapeutic gemstone, Rose Quartz, which represents love for oneself and others or some Pink Crystals to help with balancing your heart chakra. Another incredible stone is Amazonite. It can help you expand your heart and release calm energy from the inside.

Method 4: Meditation
Through meditation you can discharge negative energy from your body and then infuse it with fresh and good energy. Meditation techniques involving breathwork and the internal body connection are great tools to unblock your chakras. We highly recommend this guided meditation to open and unblock your Heart Chakra. Did you know that eating certain foods and dressing up in a specific color may also help to open your heart chakra?
You may think it's absurd, but you've got nothing to lose by giving it a go, right?
Some of the foods you can add to your diet to heal your Heart Chakra include:
- Leafy and cruciferous vegetables like kale, lettuces, spinach, chard, bok choy, collard greens, and broccoli
- Green water-based alkalizing fruits such as limes, green apples, and avocados
- Green beans like lima beans and mung beans
- Green tea
- Herbs such as basil, thyme, and cilantro
A reminder: Ensure that these are consumed in moderation and healthy forms otherwise that just defeats the purpose.
Here are some other things you can try:
1. Color Therapy:
You could also try visualizing or wearing the color Green. Going out in fresh air and spending time in greenery is also recommended. You can also touch green plants.
Dancing, cardio, or anything that involves moving Air, the element that represents the Heart Chakra, is great.
Watching something funny, playing games, or doing anything that makes you laugh.
Since Air also represents the nervous system and responds to touch, getting a shoulder massage or combing your hair are terrific activities.
5. Practice forgiveness and kindness:
Forgive yourself or someone else who has hurt you. Writing them or yourself a letter helps. Remember you do not have to send this letter. Being kind to yourself and others through activities such as volunteering at a local NGO is also helpful in opening your Heart Chakra.
Lastly, we would like to recommend you to try out the idea of maintaining a GRATITUDE journal. Counting your blessings and being thankful for the emotions you have fostered such as joy, compassion and kindness, which are all represented by the Heart Chakra. And always remember to do everything from a place of love.

A consistent practice and a strong desire to improve will enable you to obtain a fully healthy Heart Chakra that will start attracting abundance into your life.
